Consistently achieve the territory targets
Develop KOLs and KBLs based on doctor list
Check stock availability at stockist and chemist level ensure TMs do proper RCPAs
Maintain and build customer relationship through joint calls with TMs

Check coverage and compliance of TMs as per company norms
Ensure effective RCPA
Maintain call average of the team as per company norms

On the job coaching for TMs on regular basis
Provide performance feedback based on observation in joint calls
Ensure TMs have adequate and updated scientific knowledge
Use effective retention measures to ensure team stability and performance

Market Development

Capture market feedback from customers (internal and external) on a regular basis and provide inputs to PM team
Developing a potential customer data base and initiate activities to create a regular prescriber base.
